These terms apply when you use and the app, run by . By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.

1. What Inkstreak is

A habit-challenge tracker. You pick or build a plan, tick your daily tasks and see your progress. It's a self-guided tool: it gives you structure, not personal coaching.

2. Not medical advice

We are not doctors, dietitians or certified trainers. Plans contain general habits such as walking, drinking water and sleeping well. Check with a qualified professional before starting any exercise or diet change, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication. You use the plans at your own risk.

3. Buying a plan

All prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay.
Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We don't store your card or UPI details.
A single plan unlocks that plan at the length you chose. 75 Build is sold separately. All Access unlocks every plan, every length and 75 Build.
If you already own something, its price is credited when you upgrade to All Access, as shown at checkout.

4. Your access

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use what you bought for your own use. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the plans, designs or app.

Your data and purchases are tied to your device and, if you turn on cloud sync, to your sync key. If you lose both your device data and your sync key, we can't restore your access. Keep your key safe.

5. Completion guarantee

If you tick every task, every day of your plan and you're still not happy with your results at the end, we'll refund you in full. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

6. Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, unlock paid plans without paying, or use someone else's sync key without permission.

7. Results

Results depend on you, your body and your circumstances. We don't promise any specific weight, fitness, income or other outcome.

8. Service changes

We may improve, change or add plans and features. If we ever shut down a paid feature, we'll give reasonable notice and help you export your data.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan the claim is about.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city of our registered address have jurisdiction.
